Around early-August of the year, all applicants will be notified of the outcome of their applications by email. Please make sure that the submitted email address is correct and operational at all time. If your contact email changes, please let us know immediately.
No, unfortunately, due to the number of submissions we receive, we are unable to correspond with each application. Officially, we do not disclose or publish any comments or opinions on each candidate project.
No, we don’t accept a script. It is difficult for the selection committee to review the whole script in a limited time. We would like to recommend handing in a treatment which is 5 to 8 page-long.
APM selection committee would like to have an overall picture on how wisely you will use your budget to bring your project into reality. Even if the plan is vague and not yet precise, we would like to see that you have your own plan in terms of budget for the entire process (development, pre-production, production, post-production).
You can only re-apply projects previously submitted to the APM that were not selected if there is a significant change to the project. The change must be clearly identified in ‘A note Providing Explanation of the Changes’ section of the application form.

No. Basically APM is for art house film projects but we accept and cover all ranges of budget and genre.
Yes. Once the online application has been completed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you from APM. Please note that you will be able to review or edit your application by the deadline through the confirm receipt of submission.
