Indonesian film director Yosep Anggi Noen, born in Yogyakarta in 1983, studied communications in the faculty of socio-politics at Yogyakarta′s Gadjah Mada University. His first feature, Peculiar Vacation and Other Illnesses (2012), premiered at Locarno Film Festival 2012 and won the Dragons and Tigers Award at Vancouver International Film Festival 2012. His short film, A Lady Caddy Who Never Saw a Hole in One (2013), won the Sonje Award at Busan International Film Festival 2013 and Grand Prix at Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia 2014. Solo, Solitude (2016), his second feature, premiered in the Concorso Cineasti del presente at Locarno Film Festival 2016. His short film, Ballad of Blood and Two White Buckets (2018), premiered at Toronto International Film Festival 2018. His third feature film, The Science of Fictions (2019), had its world premiere in the Concorso Internazionale at Locarno Film Festival 2019. |

Yulia Evina Bhara is the founder of KawanKawan Media, a production company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. She now produces films after seven years of self-taught experience producing theatre with historical and humanitarian themes.
She produced short film On the Origin of Fear (Bayu Filemon, 2016), which had its world premiere at Venice International Film Festival 2016 and competed at Toronto International Film Festival 2016.
Her feature film debut, Solo, Solitude (Yosep Anggi Noen, 2016), premiered in the Concorso Cineasti del presente section at Locarno Film Festival 2016.
Her latest film, The Science of Fictions (Yosep Anggi Noen, 2019), had its world premiere in the Concorso internazionale section at Locarno Film Festival 2019.
With her company KawanKawan Media, currently she is working on Autobiography, a first feature film project by Makbul Mubarak; Jilah and the Man with Two Names by Yosep Anggi Noen; and The Songsmith, a first feature by Bayu Filemon. |

Synopsis |
After exchanging hundreds of nude pictures, Jilah’s virtual lover, Aji (40s), suddenly disappears. After a period of time, Jilah (40) tries to find Aji, with her aging husband as her companion. When they eventually meet, the real Aji is different from the virtual one.
The Aji Silah meets is a 21-year-old man hiding behind the photo of an older man, who looks like a police officer, that he found on the internet. However, Aji recognizes Silah because she only ever sent genuine photos. Aji is a construction worker building a luxurious hotel. Sometimes he sleeps at the construction site, alone. They discover that Aji′s real name is Syafi, and many other truths are revealed.
